Welcoming our Christmas coffee 2025. This is a very special Costa Rican lot that we’ve been ultra excited to share with you.
It’s stacked with juicy fruit, complex brnady and oranges with spicy overtones. This one is right at the top of the naughty list.
La Chumeca was founded in 2014 by the Ureña family, now four generations into coffee farming. Martín and his sons work year-round to produce exceptional micro-lots, with the team growing to around 30 people during harvest. At the heart of the farm’s ethos is an ambition to produce high quality and environmentally conscious coffees. There’s no funny business going on, no infusions or co-ferments, just a deep understanding of the interplay of ph, brix, and oxygen in developing excellent naturals.
The label art was created by our talented friend, Ludo.
