Dulima was founded in 2009 with the aim of producing classic Colombian coffee profiles of southern Huila. Grown in the area’s volcanic and mountainous terrain, each lot is selected through strict sensory evaluation to ensure consistent quality and flavor. It's a full-bodied and sweet example of a washed coffee from the region - plenty of layers of caramel, chocolate and red fruits.
The name Dulima comes from the indigenous Pijaos people, who named the Tolima volcano in the area they lived, “Dulima,” meaning Snow Queen
