Perched among the mountains and lush Santa María de Dota Valley in Tarrazú, one of Costa Rica’s most celebrated coffee regions, El Encanto is the work of Rolando Fonseca, a proud member of the world-class Coopedota cooperative. His farm is known for turning out top-drawer lots that capture what this region stands for.
Altitude, rich volcanic soil, cool mountain air, and a gentle honey process combine to produce a rare, delicate expression of this prized varietal.
