Los Nogales (El Salvador, Natural)

Los Nogales is owned by JASAL, a family-run coffee business with over a century of history.

It was the very first farm purchased by the Salaverria family, marking the beginning of their series of farms along El Salvador’s volcanic Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range—an area renowned for producing numerous Cup of Excellence entries.

One of the farm’s highlights is the HSF varietal, a naturally occurring hybrid of Bourbon and Pacas discovered on the family’s own San Francisco plot. Its name, Hybrid San Francisco, pays homage to its origins, making it a piece of Salaverria history—a cool fact!

Exclusively available through our importing partner, DR Wakefield, Los Nogales translates to “the walnut trees,” but in the cup, it’s bursting with vibrant natural character: juicy red fruits, blackberries, and sweet honey.
